Scope of Work: Conversion of an existing refinery into a storage terminal, encompassing the design, fabrication, construction, and testing of bitumen, HGO, JETA1, MOGAS, and HFO tanks with a total capacity of 163,000m³. The project also included purging, cleaning, dismantling, preservation, and shipping of refinery equipment, along with tagging and as-built documentation.
