Refinery Dismantling & Conversion to Terminal Project

Scope of Work: Conversion of an existing refinery into a storage terminal, encompassing the design, fabrication, construction, and testing of bitumen, HGO, JETA1, MOGAS, and HFO tanks with a total capacity of 163,000m³. The project also included purging, cleaning, dismantling, preservation, and shipping of refinery equipment, along with tagging and as-built documentation.
Asphalt Mixing Plant Khalid Port Sharjah

Scope of Work: Design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of an asphalt storage facility. The project included three bitumen tanks and six base-oil tanks with a total capacity of 6000m³, along with loading and unloading facilities, thermal oil boilers, mixers, and associated equipment.

Scope of Work: Design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of an asphalt storage terminal and handling facility. This project included all necessary civil, electrical, automation, and instrumentation works.
PG Spheres & Related Facilities Phase II Project LPGII
Location: Al Gaili, Sudan
Client: Ministry of Petroleum, Sudanese Petroleum Corporation (MOP, SPC)
Project Type: EPC
Scope of Work: Participation in the engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of seven LPG spheres (3000m³ each), along with the necessary facilities for loading, unloading, metering, and fire fighting systems. This project encompassed all civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control works.
